Montagna, president and founder, has over 32 years of CPA experience.  Mr. Montagna is highly specialized in tax accounting, including tax planning for estates & trusts, investment accounts, and small businesses.  He is also a Certified Financial Planner and obtained a Master's in Business Taxation from USC.  Mr. Montagna has served California tax payers for his entire career, maintaining his place of business in Irvine and Newport Beach since 1987.

John Adjutant has over 20 years of CPA experience, and he spent 14 years working for the Social Security administration.  Mr. Adjutant specializes in individual tax and retirement planning.  His combination of CPA and Social Security experience make him an excellent resource for retirement and tax planning strategies.

Jeri McLeod is our Certified Managerial Accountant focused on accounting for small businesses. Jeri has over 15 years of experience working in private industry accounting and is a QuickBooks professional.
